PMP Capacitor Paper Insulation

PMP Capacitor Insulation Paper is a three-layer flexible insulating material, formed by two-layer of electrical insulation capacitor paper  and one-layer of polyester film with a specialized adhesive.

Structure & Composition of PMP capacitor insulation paper:

PMP paper is manufactured by calendering two outer layers of fine capacitor paper with a central core of polyester film, bonded together by a specialized adhesive. This robust construction combines the benefits of all three components into a single, unified material.

Middle layer: One layer of polyester film

An adhesive bonds these three layers together and then calenders them.

The PMP capacitor insulation paper  offers excellent dielectric strength and mechanical properties, including high insulation resistance, robust tensile strength, and good temperature tolerance.
