Product Introduction
Unlike conventional hot-pressed boards, PSP 3050 achieves its final properties through an advanced hot-air drying process followed by precision calendering, resulting in superior dimensional stability and uniform density distribution across all thicknesses . This unique manufacturing method ensures consistent quality while maintaining the exceptional purity levels required for high-voltage applications up to 35kV.
PSP 3050 is classified as Class A insulation material with a continuous operating temperature rating of 105°C, making it ideal for power and distribution transformers operating under normal service conditions.
