Insulation Enamel Varnish

Wire Enamel / Varnish is used for the copper or aluminum wire which is coated with multiple insulating layers of a so-called wire enamel varnish, prior to the winding process. The wire coat prevents short circuits and other electrical failures potentially resulting in the loss of the electromagnetic fields and machine breakdowns. The enamel wire is widely used in electrical motors, generators and transformers function on the basis of electromagnetic induction.

Wire enamels has high heat resistance, strong mechanical stability, excellent flexibility and chemical/moisture resistance, all of which support the long service life of insulation wires.
