The EPGC308 Epoxy Fiberglass Board is an H-Class (180°C) heat-resistant electrical insulating laminate. It is specifically engineered for high-reliability electrical and mechanical applications under demanding conditions involving high temperature, high voltage, and harsh environments.

Material & Manufacturing

This board is produced by impregnating electronic-grade alkali-free fiberglass cloth with high Tg epoxy resin, followed by curing under heat and pressure. This construction ensures excellent mechanical strength both at room temperature and elevated temperatures, along with stable electrical properties in dry, humid, or transformer oil environments.
