Q: Can you process according to drawings, such as strips, punching, CNC machining, molded parts, and oil duct spacers?
A: Chengrui Insulation can provide custom processing according to drawings, not only raw insulation materials. Common processing includes strip cutting, punching, chamfering, slotting, CNC machining, and components etc.
Q: Is this material suitable for my transformer type, oil-immersed or dry-type?
A: Chengrui Insulation can offer insulation materials both for oil-immersed transformers and dry-type transformers. Common materials for oil-immersed transformers include electrical kraft paper, diamond dotted paper, crepe paper, insulation pressboard, pressboard strips, oil duct spacers, insulation cylinders, and laminated wood. They are widely used for winding insulation, interlayer insulation, end insulation, oil ducts, and support structures. For dry-type transformers requiring higher thermal performance, we normally recommend NMN, NHN, AMA, polyimide film, epoxy fiberglass sheets, etc
