Thermally Upgraded Insulation Kraft Paper

The thermally upgraded insulation paper is made from 100% electric grade unbleached pulp, and upgrading is achieved by adding nitrogen to the paperpulp. Upgrading is achieved by adding nitrogen to the paper pulp. Nitrogen replaces the oxygen which otherwise oxidizes and ages the paper at high temperature.
TUP is mainly used for winding insulation, conductor wrapping, layer insulation, and insulation components in oil-immersed transformers. Chengrui Insulation can offer both green and natural color thermally upgraded paper.

Application of Thermally Upgraded Insulation Paper

Coil winding, barrier, core & layer insulation in transformers. It is also used in motors and other electrical applications where high dielectric and physical strength are required.
