Materials and Structure

This insulation oil-varnished material uses cotton cloth as the base material, which, due to its natural softness and flexibility, can tightly conform to irregular coil shapes. Through impregnation with insulating varnish and curing, a smooth, flexible, and uniform insulation layer is formed. The cured varnish film, while maintaining the flexibility of the fabric, significantly improves dielectric properties and moisture resistance, reduces fiber shedding, and enhances the durability of the overall insulation system.
